This policy explains what personal data Joboola Ltd (“we”) collects when you use Joboola, why we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and a protected copy of your password.
• Your CV and profile — only if you choose to upload or build one.
• Job alerts and saved jobs — the searches and jobs you ask us to keep.
• Usage data — the searches you make and the jobs you open, so we can show better results.
• Approximate location — from your connection, or your device if you allow it, to show jobs near you.

How we use it

To run the service: searching, alerts, saved jobs, CV matching and applications. To keep the site secure and stop misuse. To measure and improve how well search works. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

When you apply for a job, we send your application to that employer. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and payments, who may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use it. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, CV and alerts, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Most of this you can do yourself in My account; for anything else email imeshu431@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
