How Enterprise hiring works

Chapters

1. 0:00WelcomeWelcome to Joboola for companies. In about two minutes, we'll show how sponsored jobs work, and what changes when you hire at volume and move to the Enterprise plan.
2. 0:09Plans for companiesSmall employers post jobs and sponsor them themselves. When you hire at volume, usually thirty or more jobs a month, the Enterprise plan gives you your own account manager, and a plan built around your hiring.
3. 0:21Sponsor a jobEvery company starts with simple self-serve tools. On any job, press Sponsor this job. Choose Standard or Premium and how long, and see the daily average and the maximum budget before you start.
4. 0:33Your account managerWhen your volume grows, we move you to Enterprise. Your dashboard shows your account manager, who now runs your sponsored jobs for you.
5. 0:41Budget and resultsYou always see your monthly budget and what has been spent, the paid clicks, the applications delivered, and the cost of each application.
6. 0:49Managed campaignsEvery campaign your account manager runs is listed here, with its bid, daily budget, clicks, spend and applications.
7. 0:56Ask for changesNeed more applicants for a role, or a new location? Send a request. Your account manager changes the bids, budgets and targeting, and replies right here.
8. 1:05Count applicationsAdd one small tag to the thank-you page on your careers site, and every application from Joboola is counted, so results are measured in real applications.
9. 1:15Talk to usReady to talk? Call our support centre, or ask us to call you back. Choose Enterprise or custom plan, and tell us how many jobs you post each month.
10. 1:24Get startedThat's Joboola for companies. Start with self-serve sponsored jobs, and when you hire at scale, your account manager takes it from there.
